You will work closely with all members of the MDT to provide comprehensive functional and cognitive assessment and rehabilitation, positioning and seating plans, splinting, disability management, sensory programs (disorders of consciousness, central neurological and peripheral nerve injury) for the above patient cohort and much more. All staff within this service receive a comprehensive induction and training. We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Occupational Therapist with the following skills, experience and interests: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Interest in leading the development of the Occupational Therapy service on Critical Care and leading and developing staff. Skills and experience in the management of patients with acute and rehabilitation needs Skills and experience in working with patients with neurological conditions in the acute setting.
