Payroll Supervisor Role with Leading Consulting Firm
Join one of the world's largest consulting firms as a Payroll Supervisor. You will support the team in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of approximately 4,500 payrolls. You will supervise Payroll and Support Administrators to maintain high standards of payroll management.
Job Description
* Supervise Payroll Administrators and Support Administrators, ensuring their work is current and providing training support as needed.
* Assist the Payroll Manager in delivering accurate payrolls by managing salary uplifts and benefits.
* Coordinate with the pension team to balance pension contributions each payroll period.
* Review calculations and data input by team members.
* Support HMRC RTI reporting submissions.
* Assist with tax payments and Class 1A NICs related to Benefits in Kind.
* Generate and reconcile reports for stakeholders at each payroll period.
* Complete annual P11D reporting and childcare voucher assessments.
* Create and send BACS files.
* Import new starters, salary details, allowances, and timesheet data, reconciling with HR reports.
* Reconcile PAYE payments and prepare related documentation.
* Support team members with daily queries.
The Successful Applicant
* Experience supervising a team.
* At least 2 years of in-house or accountancy payroll experience.
* Methodical, organized, and accurate.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office.
* Excellent team player.
