🔧 The Role
We’re looking for a Non-Domestic Energy Assessor (NDEA) to join a growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to work on a wide range of commercial projects within a forward-thinking sustainability environment.
đź’Ľ Key Responsibilities
* Conduct non-domestic EPC assessments across commercial properties
* Produce accurate, compliant energy assessments and reports
* Support clients in improving energy performance
* Stay up to date with UK energy legislation and compliance standards
* Collaborate with internal teams on broader sustainability initiatives
✅ What We’re Looking For
* Qualified NDEA (Level 3 or 4)
* Strong understanding of commercial EPC processes and regulations
* Excellent attention to detail and reporting skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
* Strong communication and client-facing skills
