Role: Junior Marketing Manager - Direct to Consumer Campaign
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6 months initially
Location: 3 days per week in Chertsey office
Responsibilities (in a nutshell... full JD available on request):
* Implement campaigns and marketing communications to encourage customers buy direct from the client by delivering tailored content to distinct audiences.
* Develop strong agency relationships to ensure delivery of high quality campaigns on time and on budget.
What’s required for success in this role?
* The successful applicant will have at least 4 years commercial/e-commerce marketing experience
* Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including performance marketing & CRM and critical marketing metrics (ROAS, CPQV, impressions, CRM OR, CTR etc)
* Understanding of on-site commercial performance metrics (traffic, orders, revenue & conversion)
* Strong creative flair with excellent attention to detail
* Passionate with high energy levels – ability to work in a fast paced environment
* Commercially driven and comfortable with “the numbers”
* Team player who is happy to roll up their sleeves
* Ability to remain calm under pressure
* Succinct and clear communication style
* Self-reliant – takes accountability and responsibility
* Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products
* A university degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing and/or Retail
