Role: Operations Administrator Location: Hawkhurst, Kent (must have a driving licence and access to a vehicle due to rural location of office) Contract: Full-time, Permanent, Fully Office-Based Salary: Up to £28,000 DOE We are currently working with a well-established organisation that is looking to appoint an Operations Administrator to support and coordinate supply chain and operational activities across its production sites. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented administrator to play a key role in ensuring the smooth, timely and cost-effective movement of goods. The successful candidate will work closely with the logistics function, supporting day-to-day administrative tasks and assisting with the ongoing development and improvement of logistics processes. Key Responsibilities: Supporting the logistics team with daily administrative duties Using transportation management systems to optimise logistics and delivery procedures Assisting with the maintenance of efficient and cost-effective supply chain operations Managing data management systems to ensure accurate stock control Assisting with supplier meetings to help improve product flow and availability. The successful candidate will have proven, recent experience in an administrative role, ideally within a logistics or supply chain environment. You will be highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines; experience using SAGE alongside strong Microsoft Office skills would be an advantage.
