Northampton, East Midlands £50,000 – £55,000 + HVAP Training We are currently recruiting for an Engineering Supervisor to join a leading building maintenance provider on a prestigious commercial site based in Northampton. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a highly respected maintenance company offering clear progression, ongoing technical development, and HVAP training for the right candidate. The successful candidate will be electrically biased, holding relevant electrical qualifications, and will supervise a team of engineers while ensuring the effective delivery of planned and reactive maintenance across the site. Strong communication skills and a professional approach are essential, as you will regularly liaise with both the client and senior management team. Duties: Supervising a team of maintenance engineers on site Carrying out and overseeing PPMs and reactive maintenance Working on: Single & Three Phase Power Motors & Generators UPS Systems LV/HV Switching Emergency Lighting Fire Alarm Testing AHUs, FCUs & VAVs CRAC Units Pumps, Belts, Bearings & Seals Sprinkler Systems BMS Operation Carrying out plant and system isolations in line with safety procedures Ensuring all corrective and repair works are completed to required regulations and standards Promoting safe working practices and compliance across site Organising and managing subcontractors Completing RAMS, permits to work, and logbooks Raising and closing jobs via PDA systems Producing reports and attending client meetings Keeping the Account Manager updated on site activity and progress Liaising with client representatives regarding remedial and repair works Requirements: City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installations xxuwjjq Electrically biased with strong building services maintenance experience Previous experience leading or supervising an engineering team Knowledge of commercial building maintenance systems HV/LV knowledge preferred Motivated, career-driven, and professional attitude Strong communication and organisational skills Salary & Benefits: £50,000 – £55,000 per annum Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm HVAP Training Provided 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays Pension Scheme Overtime Available On-site Parking Ongoing Training & Development Excellent Internal Progression Opportunities
