Finance Manager (Part-Time)

Premium Drinks Business

Central London (Office-Based, 3 Days per Week)

£60k Pro Rata


Looking for a senior finance role with real influence, without the full-time hours?


This is an opportunity to step into a newly created Finance Manager role within a fast-growing, founder-led drinks business at an exciting stage of its journey. The business is UK-based, operating with a lean, entrepreneurial team and ambitious plans for international expansion.


Finance has historically been supported externally, but the company is now bringing this capability in-house, making this a genuinely impactful role where you’ll shape processes, reporting, and decision-making from day one.


This is not a maintenance role.


This is a hands-on, commercially focused Finance Manager position where you’ll work closely with the Managing Director, owning the numbers and acting as a trusted partner to the leadership team as the business scales.


What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day financial management of the business, ensuring robust controls, clear reporting, and forward-looking insight.

Expect to:

* Own day-to-day financial operations, including sales tracking and cost control
* Produce monthly management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, cashflow, variance analysis)
* Build and maintain budgets and rolling cashflow forecasts
* Manage invoicing, debtors, creditors, and payment runs
* Oversee and optimise the current accounting system (SAP experience beneficial)
* Prepare statutory accounts and support year-end processes
* Deliver clear, insightful reporting to the MD to support commercial decisions
* Produce ad hoc analysis to support growth, new initiatives, and international plans


About You

You’re a qualified finance professional who enjoys being close to the business and making a visible impact. You’re comfortable operating autonomously, but collaborative in style, and commercially minded in your approach.


You’ll likely bring:

* ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualification
* Experience within drinks, FMCG, food or hospitality
* Strong management accounting, budgeting, and cashflow experience
* Confidence managing finance in a growing, entrepreneurial environment
* Excellent attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture
* Clear communication skills and confidence partnering with senior stakeholders
* Availability to work office-based, three days per week
