Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Electrical Manager based in Swansea. The Electrical Manager will oversee the design, maintenance, and implementation of electrical systems for renewable energy projects, ensuring compliance with all regulations and safety standards. The position involves coordinating with internal teams, managing contractors, reviewing electrical designs, supervising power distribution system installations, and troubleshooting electrical systems to ensure optimal performance. The role also involves quality assurance, reporting, and ongoing collaboration to support sustainability initiatives.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Electrical Maintenance and troubleshooting electrical systems
* Strong knowledge of Electricity and its applications in renewable energy systems
* Expertise in Electrical Engineering, including analysis and system optimization
* Experience in Electrical Design and project planning
* Knowledge of Power Distribution systems and their implementation
* Familiarity with industry regulations and safety compliance standards
* Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering or a related field
* Strong problem-solving abilities and project management skills
* Experience with renewable energy systems such as heat pumps and solar PV is an advantage
