Global hospitality group is seeking an experienced Director of Finance & Accounting to lead all financial operations for a large, full‑service property.
Job Description
* Lead and oversee all hotel financial operations, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and security of financial information and assets
* Act as the primary point of contact for owners, internal and external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies
* Provide strategic financial insights, analysis, and recommendations to drive profitability and long‑term financial performance
* Develop, manage, and present annual operating budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
* Oversee accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit, Payroll, Purchasing, Audit, and Financial Reporting
* Ensure strong financial controls, ethical accounting practices, and compliance with company policies and local regulations
* Partner closely with General Management and department heads on pricing strategy, cost controls, capital expenditure, and investment decisions
* Lead, coach, and develop the finance team, fostering a high‑performance and collaborative work culture
* Manage cash flow, inventory controls, credit policies, and collections to optimise liquidity and financial health
The Successful Applicant
* Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
* Significant experience in hotel accounting or audit, including at least one year in a senior or supervisory finance role
* Strong working knowledge of hospitality finance, asset management, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance
* Professional accounting or finance certification preferred
* Confident leader with strong communication, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen
* Experience in large properties is highly advantageous
* Flexible to relocate within Asia
