This is a long-term opportunity offering guaranteed hours, overtime, training, and career progression within the traffic management sector. We are keen to speak with: 12AB Operatives 12D M1/M2 Operatives LTMOs TSCOs Foremen IPV Drivers / Operatives Key Responsibilities: Installing, maintaining, and removing temporary traffic management systems Supporting roadworks, lane closures, and infrastructure projects Ensuring all health & safety procedures are followed on site Working collaboratively within traffic management crews Carrying out vehicle and equipment checks Loading and unloading traffic management equipment Working across day and night shifts as required Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence (maximum 6 points) Flexible approach to shifts and working hours Previous traffic management experience preferred Lantra / NHSS qualifications beneficial Desirable Qualifications: Lantra 12AB 12D M1/M2 NHSS Traffic Management qualifications IPV / LTMO / TSCO experience Whats on Offer: Guaranteed hours with overtime opportunities Night shifts paid at enhanced rates Weekend shifts paid at enhanced rates Company van provided once relevant tickets are obtained 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays Ongoing training and career progression Bonus schemes and wellbeing support Long-term, stable work within a growing sector
