* Deliver safe, effective and evidencebased nursing care throughout the patient journey
* Support radiologists, radiographers and sonographers during interventional procedures
* Undertake patient assessment, preparation and postprocedure monitoring
* Administer and monitor medications in line with Trust policy and NMC standards
* Maintain accurate and contemporaneous patient records
* Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, relatives and colleagues
* Recognise and escalated clinical concerns, incidents or risks appropriately
* Support and supervise students, trainees and new staff where appropriate
* Contribute to audits, service improvement and the learning environment
* Maintain professional development and NMC revalidation requirements

* Evidence of continued professional development
* Experience supporting or mentoring junior staff

* Ability to wear radiation protective clothing for prolonged periods is required
