Basedwithin our high-performing Endoscopy Department, this role offers theopportunity to lead on the delivery and integration of nationally recognisedtraining programmes. Youll work closely with multidisciplinary teams tosupport competency development, enhance patient care, and drive innovation inendoscopy education.
This rolewill involve ensuring consistent training standards and supporting learners withinEndoscopy. Youll be instrumental in fostering a culture of learning andcontinuous improvement, with access to cutting-edge resources and professionaldevelopment opportunities.

Main duties of the job
As the Endoscopy Clinical Educator, you will lead the delivery andintegration of JETS Workforce and ENDO training programmes across our endoscopyservices. Your role is vital in ensuring staff are trained to nationalstandards and confident in delivering safe, effective care.
You'll assess learning needs, coordinate and deliver training, andmentor staff across multiple sites. Strong communication and teaching skillsare essential, along with clinical expertise in endoscopy. You'll also needexcellent IT skills, including the ability to maintain and manage spreadsheetsto track training compliance, progress, and outcomes. Flexibility is essentialthe department operates a 5-day service and you will be required to work onacross all shifts.
