What you’ll be doing:
* Frontline support across desktops, M365, and trading apps
* Managing VIP/trader support issues end-to-end
* Supporting Zoom, Teams, and comms infrastructure
* Delivering and coordinating IT projects across EMEA

* Strong with Bloomberg or similar platforms
* Confident across end-user support + networking basics
