This is a great opportunity to work within the renewables sector, due to continued growth, my client is now recruiting for a hands-on Maintenance Manager to join their site in Stockton-On-Tees. Leading from the front, the successful Maintenance Manager will be responsible for the planning, managing and coordinating all maintenance activities whilst supporting the operations on site.
Maintenance Manager Requirements:
* Hold an HNC/HND electrical Engineering.
* Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager, Team Leader, or Supervisor working an in an engineering environment, dealing with inventory, budgets, reliability, root cause analysis, maintenance tasks, repairs and projects.
* Strong mechanical engineering abilities.
* Previous experience working with PLC’s – fault finding level.
* Experience working on single and 3 phase systems.
* Ability to work to high standards.
* Flexibility to join a Duty Manager rota every 3 weeks.
* IT Literate.
