We are currently recruiting for a Sales Coordinator to join a small sales & customer support team based at a state‑of‑the‑art facility in Stafford. This is a full‑time permanent role focused on processing sales orders and supporting customers; the role does not involve outbound sales calling.

* Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 17:00, Fridays 08:00 to 15:45pm
* Salary starts at £28,894p/annum, potentially rising to £30.5k following probationary period

Job Duties
* Processing sales orders and customer enquiries (email and phone)
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders (Customers, Distributors, Sales Managers, Production, Stores)
* Using the SAP system to process all orders received from customers
* Providing delivery updates to customers
* Other administrative tasks
Person Specification
* Previous experience in Sales Coordinator, Sales Support Administrator, Sales Administrator, Sales Account Management, or Customer Sales Support roles
* Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or warehousing & logistics biased company
* Computer literate with strong Outlook and Excel skills; ability to learn new systems quickly
* Comfortable and confident communicating on phone (no outbound sales activities)
