This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting both customers and internal teams.
Youll play a key role in managing customer orders, coordinating deliveries, handling quotations, and ensuring a seamless experience from enquiry through to fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage incoming customer calls, taking orders and directing enquiries where required.
* Prepare quotations for new enquiries and process confirmed orders.
* Raise production orders for the factory and monitor progress.
* Manage customer stock levels for call-off orders, including reordering and re quoting when needed.
* Take ownership of aged stock management and provide updates to the Sales Director.
* Coordinate customer deliveries, making amendments and updates as required.
* Liaise with the Transport Team to ensure orders are scheduled and delivered on time.
* Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, including delivery and production-related matters.
* Maintain and update customer account information accurately.
* Work closely with Accounts to resolve pricing or order queries.
* Manage and prioritise the shared orders inbox.
* Support the wider Sales Team, including external Sales Representatives.
* Provide cover for the Customer Services Manager when required.

* Previous customer service experience.
