We are seeking an experienced IT Delivery Manager to support a high-profile infrastructure programme within a secure environment. The role will involve managing the delivery of new infrastructure into the estate through a third-party provider, ensuring alignment with agreed processes and high integrity standards. This position requires someone able to quickly establish themselves, coordinate stakeholders effectively, and deliver against tight timeframes. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate the delivery of infrastructure projects through third-party suppliers. Manage project timelines, risks, and resources, ensuring delivery against defined milestones. Apply PRINCE2 and structured delivery methodologies to maintain governance and control. Ensure all work meets the high integrity requirements of a TOP SECRET-level environment. Provide assurance against security and compliance frameworks, including exposure to NIST 800-53. Engage with stakeholders at multiple levels, providing clear reporting and communication. Adapt to evolving priorities and provide the flexibility required to meet programme needs. Key Accountabilities, Skills & Experience: Active or eligibility to receive DV Clearance. Proven track record in infrastructure delivery management, ideally within secure or defence environments. Strong background in managing third-party suppliers and ensuring successful outcomes. PRINCE2 (or equivalent) project delivery expertise. Experience delivering projects within high integrity, highly regulated environments. Familiarity with security frameworks (e.g. NIST 800-53). Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure. High degree of flexibility and adaptability to meet tight deadlines and shifting requirements.
