Lifecycle Programme Manager

Mitie are looking for an experienced Lifecycle Programme Manager to join our Armada PFI team at HMS Drake, Devonport. This is your opportunity to own strategic asset renewal and ensure compliance across a high-profile contract.
What will you be doing?
As the Lifecycle Manager, you'll be the driver behind planning and delivering asset renewal and refurbishment works. Reporting directly to the Account Director, you will:
1. Develop and implement lifecycle plans to keep facilities compliant and operational.
2. Lead multi-year asset renewal strategies, ensuring timely replacement and refurbishment.
3. Scope, procure, and manage lifecycle projects from start to finish.
4. Work on asset condition assessments and annual surveys.
5. Manage budgets and ensure value for money while interpreting contract terms.
6. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver exceptional service and prepare for contract handback.
What are we looking for?
You will have proven experience in contract and lifecycle management ideally across Hard Services ideally within facilities management. As well as this, you will hold a Commercial Acumen and have excellent project management skills. You'll also:
7. Strong technical knowledge of hard services and compliance standards.
8. Well equipped for stakeholder engagement
9. Be a people manager with the ability to grow a team and inspire
10. Background in government, defence or PFI is ideal but not essential
11. Experience in managing large-scale support services contracts.
