Job Description
* Exciting opportunity for a supply chain professional
* Newly created role
* Monitor and fulfil replenishment needs by liaising with the Deployment Planner.
* Review and execute replenishment plans with secondary warehouses.
* Actively manage stock levels within the Inventory team.
* Monitor local inventory levels and stock status in ERP (JDEwards).
* Serve as the primary point of contact for short-term supply issues, including allocation and back order management.
* Support resolution of customer requests while balancing business priorities.
* Stakeholder Communication & Continuous Improvement
* Regularly communicate and align on operational initiatives with key stakeholders (sales, marketing, finance etc.)
* Oversee all importation activities (licences, transport, warehouses, customs)
The Successful Applicant
* 2-4 years experience in supply chain, ideally within pharmaceuticals or FMCG.
* Strong understanding of order management, stock control, and supplier coordination.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong Excel and ERP proficiency.
* A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
