Sous Chef Como Garden | Italian Restaurant | Kensington | Up to £50,000 Como Garden, a busy and well-established Italian restaurant in the heart of Kensington, is looking for a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team.
We are searching for a strong, passionate and highly organised chef with experience working in fast-paced, quality-driven restaurants.
The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of Italian cuisine, strong leadership skills and the ability to perform consistently under pressure in a very busy kitchen environment.
Requirements: Previous experience as a Sous Chef
Experience in high-volume and fast-paced restaurants
Strong knowledge of Italian and Mediterranean cuisine
Excellent organisation and communication skills
Ability to support and lead the kitchen team during service
High standards in food quality, presentation and cleanliness
Professional, reliable and hands-on attitude
