You will provide support to the Production Manager, to ensure production targets are met: Setting and operating injection moulding machines to product run specification Programming and operating robots General maintenance of the tools, including tool replacement, fault finding and fixing on the machinery Maintaining headed runners, including nozzles Working closely with Engineering Team, ensuring the optimisation of machinery performance Training Operators & Packers on how to effectively operate machinery Completing all required audit traceable paperwork correctly daily Operating Counterbalance FLT truck when requiredWe would expect the successful Injection Moulding Setter to be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of setting and maintaining Injection Moulding machinery, have an excellent eye for detail, with strong communication skills and be able to educate operators and packers on correct machinery operation practice.
