Position Summary
You will design and deliver data integration solutions that connect automation systems across our Global Supply Chain sites. You will work with engineers, Tech (IT), quality and operations to make data available, reliable and secure. You will own technical aspects of industrial data platforms and guide projects from design through handover. Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Design, build and improve data integration and delivery solutions between automation systems and analytics platforms.
- Own technical implementation and maintenance of industrial data platforms, ensuring performance and availability.
- Define and apply data handling standards for storage, tagging and archival to protect data integrity and accessibility.
- Work with cross-functional teams to support system lifecycle activities: specification, commissioning, validation, and handover.
- Provide coaching, training and guidance to automation technicians and engineers on data connectivity and best practices.
- Assess system performance and recommend hardware, software or architecture improvements.
- Engagement with and periodic travel to sites within the global supply chain.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years’ experience in automation, OT/IT integration, SCADA or industrial data engineering.
- Hands-on experience with industrial data platforms and time-series data frameworks.
- Knowledge of process control systems, PLCs, and common industrial communication protocols.
- Experience working in pharmaceutical regulated environments with awareness of data integrity and validation needs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential and in French are an advantage
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Experience with Aveva PI or comparable industrial historian and integrations.
- Familiarity with MES, LIMS or manufacturing data models and equipment catalogs.
- Practical skills in scripting or programming (Python, SQL, or similar) for data transformation.
- Background in cyber security practices for OT and data encryption/authentication methods.
- Experience with cloud or edge architectures for industrial data solutions.
- Project work experience including stakeholder engagement and supplier management.
