Permanent Veterinary Surgeon - Kilmarnock, Ayrshire

We are recruiting on behalf of a small animal practice in Kilmarnock, Ayrshire for a Permanent Veterinary Surgeon to join their team.
This role is full time for 40 hours per week over 4 or 5 days, along with 1 in 3 Saturdays from 8:30am to 1pm. Part time hours can be considered. There will be no OOH work or on-call duties.

The role
10. This is a small animal position working within a mixed animal practice
11. The role involves all aspects of first opinion of small animal work
12. The role involves duties including inpatient care, consultations, surgeries, informing clients of patient results, working alongside the nursing team
13. You will also be responsible for recording patients treatments, diagnostics and charges into the computer system
14. Flexible working and rota patterns available to accommodate a good work-life balance
15. The Vet will be responsible for providing a high standard of veterinary care and customer service
16. The Vet will be responsible to ensuring that there is excellent communication between themselves and the team and with clients.

Package
30. Salary: Up to £50, per annum, commensurate to experience
31. Holidays: 6.8 weeks annual leave, increasing with service and birthday off
