The work will mainly involve M&A although the firm also works on a number of private equity deals. Working across multiple departments, you will play a role in developing more junior members of the team. What you'll need to succeed You should be a corporate lawyer operating at partner level with good communication skills. With a strong track record, you will have a portable client following.
