Senior Support Worker – Ekitan, Manchester

About the Role
We need an open‑minded, energetic person who can work under pressure while remaining calm, relaxed and humorous. You will enjoy fun activities such as bike riding, walking, car mechanics, music, films, football, badminton and days out. This is a challenging yet rewarding role with a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Team Leader with supervision and development of specialist staff.
* Manage service rotas and develop, deliver and review support packages.
* Flexible to work evenings, alternate weekends and share the on‑call rota.
* Provide hands‑on support to clients, supporting their complex needs.
* Potential progression to first‑level management role.
Essential Qualifications
* Diploma or NVQ Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) in Adult Care.
* Significant experience supporting people with complex needs.
* Good organisational, leadership, communication skills.
* Willingness to work closely with colleagues and Team Leaders.
Other Details
* Hours: 37 hours per week.
* Pay: £13.50 per hour, plus additional sleepovers paid at £64 per night.
