Their portfolio spans UCaaS, contact centre, and connectivity solutions, helping businesses modernise and future-proof their digital workplace strategy.
The Role – Account Manager
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to drive both new business development and account growth across the UK. You’ll play a key role in expanding the organisation’s presence within mid-market and enterprise sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively generate new business opportunities across the UK market
Manage, nurture, and grow existing client accounts
Sell UCaaS, contact centre, and connectivity solutions to mid-market and enterprise organisations
Build consultative, long-term relationships with clients and channel partners
Identify and capitalise on upselling and cross-selling opportunities within established accountsAbout You
To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:
Proven experience selling UCaaS, contact centre, or connectivity solutions (e.g., RingCentral, 8x8, Gamma, Zoom, or similar)
A consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Experience managing and developing enterprise-level accounts
A consultative, relationship-driven sales approach
Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently within a hybrid environment
Ideally based in or around London, with flexibility to attend client meetings as requiredWhat’s on Offer
Basic salary up to £40,000
Uncapped OTE of £70,000+
Hybrid working model (predominantly remote with regular London meetings)
