About the Role
As Operations Manager at CharterHire, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of our premium travel services across private jets, helicopters, yachts, and luxury vehicles. You’ll ensure that every client experience meets our rigorous standards of safety, efficiency, and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operational workflows across all service lines, ensuring seamless coordination and on-time execution.
* Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
* Manage relationships with international partners, operators, and fleet providers.
* Monitor service performance, resolve escalations, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
* Optimise resource allocation, scheduling, and vendor usage to maintain efficiency and profitability.
* Ensure compliance with aviation, maritime, ground transport, and safety regulations.
Requirements
* 5+ years of operational management experience, ideally in aviation, luxury travel, or transportation.
* Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-end client service.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
