First Intuition is a fast-growing premier provider of accountancy training and apprenticeships. As part of our ongoing growth, we require a Finance Assistant to support our teams across the FI Group. This role offers a fantastic opportunity great long-term prospect for the right candidate.
Role Purpose
We are looking for an Administration Assistant to join our Apprenticeship team on a part-time basis to help support in compliance and apprenticeship related administration.
You will work closely alongside another Apprenticeship Administrator, the Head of Apprenticeships, and the wider Apprenticeship Team in a variety of tasks and responsibilities. The core focus will be on apprenticeship compliance processes.
Your duties/responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* The onboarding of apprentices, including supporting them through their onboarding paperwork, submitting compliance forms, and tracking completion of onboarding tasks
* Submitting compliance paperwork in relation to apprenticeship programme changes, such as completions and leavers
* Engaging with employers to assist them during onboarding, and the set up of their Apprenticeship Service Accounts
* Maintaining accurate records on our learner management system, and internal trackers
* Proactively monitoring upcoming completions to ensure paperwork is ready to submit in a timely manner once the apprentice completes
* Liaising with other FI centres and regions to arrange subcontracted courses

* Previous administration and office experience is essential
* Excellent and professional interpersonal and communication skills to both internal and external stakeholders.
* Highly organised and the ability to manage your time well.
* Excellent attention to detail
* The ability to work pro-actively.
* Comfortable with working in a small team.
* Good and demonstratable knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, in particular Word, Excel and Outlook.
