YourResponsibilities as an Early Childhood Teacher
* Create engaging learning experiences that support children’s development across cognitive, social, emotional, and physical domains
* Develop individualized learning plans tailored to children’s needs, ensuring an inclusive and nurturing learning environment
* Use creative teaching methods to foster curiosity, independence, and confidence in young learners
* Support EYFS curriculum implementation, integrating play-based learning and structured activities
* Ensure child safety and wellbeing, maintaining a clean, secure, and stimulating classroom
* Collaborate with colleagues and parents to enhance children’s developmental outcomes
* Contribute to the nursery’s growth, assisting in social media engagement and parental outreach
What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking compassionate and innovative educators who are deeply committed to early childhood development.
* Agenuine passion for working with young children and shaping their foundational learning years
* Previous experience working with children under the age of 5 in an educational setting
* Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum, or experience in a similar early learning program
* Arecognized qualification, such as:
o Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
o A degree assessed by ECCTIS through the early years service
o Level 3 qualification in Early Years completed in the UK
o Strong communication skills, with an ability to engage and motivate children through positive interactions
