The Opportunity You will join a friendly, capable and growing Trust team, taking on a senior role that goes beyond day-to-day delivery. The firm is keen to appoint someone who will: Help shape and drive the Trust team forward as it continues to grow Lead the development and implementation of technology and process improvements that streamline routine trust work, enabling the wider team to focus on more complex, high-value matters Contribute to project-based initiatives, including the adoption of new systems, automation and smarter working practices Bring ideas, innovation and leadership to ensure the team continues to stay ahead of client expectations Key Responsibilities Preparation, review and coordination of trust, executry and charity accounts Oversight of a broad range of trust structures, from straightforward to complex Liaising with legal, tax and investment professionals (in-house and external) Supporting the wider Trust team through guidance, delegation and mentoring Contributing to improvements in systems, processes and technology Helping to develop and future-proof the Trust accounting offering About You Strong experience in trust and executry accounting within professional services Comfortable operating with autonomy and taking responsibility Commercially aware, organised and detail-focused Interested in innovation, systems and improving how work is delivered Confident working with clients and colleagues at all levels Keen to grow your career and influence the direction of a team Why This Firm?
