Chef - 3 on 3 off (hours flexible)
Job Description:
To run the kitchen during your shift (3 on, 3 off) rota system, preparing food to order and to assist the Head Chef and Truck Stop Manager with the development and profitability of the restaurant.
Key Duties:
Follow direct orders and recipes and to correctly prepare dishes to the standards of the restaurant
Work under pressure in an open kitchen,in a fast-paced environment
Manage the shift team effectively formaximum productivity and service levels
Be able to take in deliveries and rotatestock effectively
Maintain the highest standards ofpresentation and quality at all times
