Our client are currently looking for a Senior Payroll Admin/Manager to join their team on a permanent basis\n\nResponsibilities will include:\n\nManaging a team of 2-3\nWorking hands on processing a payroll of 6000+ hourly paid employees on a fortnightly basis\nManage up to 5-6 fortnightly payroll each week.\nSubmit pension contribution in time.\nChecking and validating new starter documentation before setting them up on Iris Professional (Star) Payroll.\nRegularly review end to end controls, routines, and duty segregations.\nLiaise with Area Managers on areas of opportunities and improvement measures.\nRespond to ONS on employee matters in time.\nLead, coach and develop a team \n\nThis role will require someone who is happy to work within a fast-paced environment.
