THE ROLE:
The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload of contentious criminal law and prosecution matters, including reviewing evidence, case files, making charging decisions, preparing and presenting cases in court, providing legal advice, and conducting court advocacy.
THE CANDIDATE:
This position is open to qualified Solicitors and Barristers with a valid practising certificate in England and Wales who have resided in the UK for at least five years. Ideally, applicants will have 2 years' experience in criminal law or regulatory prosecutions, along with enthusiasm or willingness to learn about this area of law. The role requires strong communication skills, sound judgment, and confident decision-making abilities.
