* Hours: 40 per week (Monday‑Friday; shift rota 7 AM–7 PM)

Main Responsibilities
* Leadership & Team Management: Motivate, coach and develop team members to achieve individual and organisational goals.
* Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement across all processes to ensure efficiency, consistency and the highest operational standards.
* Customer Experience: Foster a customer‑centric culture delivering exceptional service, satisfaction and loyalty.
* Community Building & Engagement Events: Plan and execute impactful community initiatives and events that strengthen relationships and enhance brand visibility.
* Financial & Performance Management: Oversee financial planning, resource allocation and performance tracking to support sustainable business growth.
* Monitor budgets, revenue targets and cost control measures to keep financial performance on target.
* Analyse performance metrics and implement improvement plans using data‑driven insights.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to align objectives and drive shared success.
