East Riding of Yorkshire Council is seeking a motivated and committed senior customer relations officer to join our children's social care team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference by supporting service improvement for children and families.
In this role, you will lead the investigation and resolution of complaints within children’s social care, working closely with children, families and colleagues to understand concerns and secure effective outcomes. You will also contribute to service improvement by identifying themes, capturing learning and helping to strengthen practice across the service.
You will be a qualified social worker with substantial experience of working with children and families. Alongside this, you will bring strong professional judgement, a commitment to high-quality practice and a genuine passion for improving outcomes through effective complaint handling and service learning.
