Lettings Lettings/Property Coordinator
I am currently recruiting on behalf of my established client, based in Ilkeston, for an experienced Lettings/Property Coordinator to join their fantastic team on a full-time, permanent basis.
The role will require you to work closely with the lettings team. You will be required to deal with inquiries coming in and also dealing with maintenance issues on rental properties along with ensuring ASTs are up-to-date.
The successful applicant will be joining a professional, established agency who offer genuine opportunities for progression and a fantastic working environment.
The role is suited to experienced Property Administrators, Property Managers or Lettings Administrators. The role will require excellent communication between yourself and landlords/tenants to ensure the smooth management of maintenance issues within your portfolio.
About the role:
* Professionally deal with clients face-to-face, by phone and e-mail
* Build rapport when dealing with landlords, tenants and clients
* Consistently canvass for new business and opportunities
* Deal with tenant & trade queries and resolve any issues
* Process trade invoices for the accounts department
* Daily administrative duties
* Provide support to colleagues and management
* Process tenant references and key legislative dates
Hours & Pay:
* Basic salary up to £28,000 - dependent on experience
