Pre Assessment Administrator (Bank)

Up to 12.58 per hour, dependent on experience

As an Administrator, you will be an integral part of The Manor, Oxford Hospital team. You will provide excellent patient care & work closely with Patients, Radiographers, Radiologists, Consultants & all departments across the Nuffield Hospital. You will have enthusiasm, dedication, commitment and a keen eye for attention to detail to provide and deliver a high quality diagnostic imaging service whist undertaking a wide variety of duties.
As an Administrator you will:
* Support the pre-assessment department
* Provide a first class customer service
* Attend & book appointments for patients
* Answer face to face and telephone enquiries
* Take payments
* Be a part of a dynamic and friendly team
To succeed as an Administrator you will:
* Have great people skills with the ability to treat patients with compassion and empathy
* Ability to manage, appraise and interpret the right data, and to present it in a timely and professional manner
* Have good IT and keyboard skills
* Have experience within an administrative or customer facing environment
* Have knowledge of medical terminology (Desirable)
