About the Role:

The purpose of a Warehouse Associate is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of a business's supply chain and inventory management processes. This includes receiving, stowing, picking, and packing orders, processing returns and exchanges, and managing stock levels. The Warehouse Associate is also responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving customer queries.


What You'll Do:

1. Receive customer orders and efficiently process them
2. Ensure that orders are correctly picked/packed for delivery
3. Track orders and update customers on delivery status
4. Handle customer returns and process them accordingly
5. Process incoming deliveries and unload goods to stock in
6. Monitor stock levels and report key findings to leadership
7. Work with team members to ensure a smooth process


Who You Are:

1. Previous experience in a related role
2. Strong customer service skills
3. Excellent organizational and time management skills
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Ability to think quickly and problem solve
6. Knowledge of relevant software and computer systems
7. Good communication and interpersonal skills
