🎢 We’re Hiring: Head of Retail Operations

Are you a dynamic retail leader with a passion for driving commercial performance and delivering exceptional guest experiences? We’re looking for a Head of Retail Operations to lead the strategy, performance, and day‑to‑day delivery of retail across our exciting theme park resort.

This is a high‑impact, visible leadership role where you’ll combine hands‑on operational leadership with strong commercial, buying, and merchandising expertise to maximise revenue, profitability, and guest spend.


What you’ll be doing:

* ✨ Leading all retail operations across multiple outlets
* 📈 Driving revenue, margin, and spend‑per‑head growth
* 🛍️ Overseeing buying, category strategy, and product ranges
* 👥 Inspiring, developing, and leading high‑performing teams
* 🤝 Collaborating cross‑functionally to enhance the guest experience


What we’re looking for:

* ✔ Senior retail leadership experience (multi‑site preferred)
* ✔ Strong commercial and analytical mindset
* ✔ Proven success in buying, merchandising, and operations
* ✔ Inspirational leadership and stakeholder skills
* ✔ Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment

🕒 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 (weekend & Bank Holiday flexibility required)
