We are recruiting for a proactive and detail-driven Search & Merchandising Executive to take ownership of onsite search, merchandising, and product data across established ecommerce brands. This role sits at the heart of the ecommerce trading function and plays a critical role in ensuring customers can easily find products, categories are compellingly merchandised, and online presentation drives conversion while reflecting brand values. The successful candidate will combine analytical thinking with creative merchandising flair, managing onsite search performance, category content, and product data accuracy. Working closely with product attributes, spreadsheets, and PIM systems, they will ensure all product information is complete, optimised, and accurately reflected within Shopify. Key responsibilities include owning onsite search best practices, including synonym management, redirects, and fallback rules, conducting regular site walks, refining category structures and product placement, and supporting new product launches. The role will also support ecommerce trading through reporting and insight generation, ensuring marketing campaigns and promotions are executed accurately onsite.
