This is a confidential opportunity for an ambitious solicitor with 1:4 years' PQE, ideally with experience in both enfranchisement and property (both commercial and residential).
The Role
: Advise both landlords and leaseholders on a broad range of enfranchisement matters, including lease extensions, freehold acquisitions, and collective enfranchisement.
: Work alongside surveyors, legal professionals, and property experts to deliver practical, commercially focused advice.
: Support residential property transactions where relevant.
: Be involved in business development, writing thought:leadership content, and contributing to marketing initiatives including seminars and events.
The Ideal Candidate
: Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with 1:4 years' PQE in enfranchisement law.
: Strong technical background and proven experience in managing enfranchisement cases from start to finish.
: Commercial awareness and a proactive, client:focused approach.
: Excellent communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills.
: Organised, detail:oriented, and able to meet deadlines in a fast:paced environment.
: A collaborative team player with a friendly and professional demeanour.
