Phs Group Planner and Scheduler Aberdeen. Part time 20 hours a week (5 days, 8am-12pm or 4 days, 08am-1pm)
As a Scheduler you will join a Dynamic Team of Schedulers and play a key part in the success of phs. Working within the team your skills will help keep our Operations Centres running smoothly. This diverse and interesting role will require you to take responsibility for organising the most effective routes for our team of service drivers using our Routing Software. You will work closely with our Operations Centres to ensure our vital services and deliveries are made to our customers on time and in the most cost effective, efficient way possible.
A day in the life of a Scheduler will involve: Utilising our Auto Routing system to schedule customer service visits across a team of service drivers
Ensuring the routes are optimised to provide the highest level of services to our customers,
Communicating with the Operations Centres daily, by reviewing the scheduling plans, resources and to effectively respond to any queries or client demands within reasonable timescales
Visiting Operations centres from time to time to integrate with the depot team and review scheduling queries / challenges
Ensuring service backlogs are controlled, minimised, and communicated with the relevant people.
