About the role: In assigned territory act as first contact point for customers. Process orders and coordinate complaint management/returns with relevant stakeholders to achieve high customer service excellence. Your responsibilities: Act as first contact point for customer service; Process customer orders and re-orders according to quality standards and targets. Evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements continuously. Complete relevant reporting and admin tasks.
