JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join one of our clients team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various environments. This position requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks, ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness. The Cleaner will be responsible for utilising hand tools and power tools as necessary to complete tasks efficiently.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, and communal spaces.
2. Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively for various cleaning tasks, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
3. Dust, mop, vacuum, and sanitise surfaces to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
4. Dispose of waste materials in accordance with health and safety regulations.
5. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
6. Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure consistency in service delivery.
7. Assist with special cleaning projects as required, demonstrating flexibility in task management.
REQUIREMENTS
8. Previous experience in a industrial cleaning role
9. Familiarity with using hand tools and power tools is advantageous.
10. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
11. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
12. Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
13. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques or methods related to cleaning practices.
