Operations Manager at The Little Sports Group
Wraparound Care Manager - Birmingham (B37)
Hours: Part time – 22.5 hours per week
Salary: £12.21 - £14.50 per hour (dependent on experience)
The Role
The role involves leading end-to-end operations at one of our Ofsted-registered breakfast and after-school club sites within the region. Ensuring all performance standards and compliance requirements are met across the school you oversee.
Responsibilities
1. Organise resources as required
2. Support staff training
3. Contribute to activity and content design
4. Assist marketing with leaflet drops and assemblies
5. Support feedback and customer engagement initiatives
6. Share social content with networks/groups
7. Drive quality and standards across all settings in the region
8. Communicate effectively with your team and the wider organization
9. Champion family relationships and be the 'go-to' person on-site
10. Lead and deliver safe, engaging, and high-quality childcare
Candidate Requirements
Essential:
* Level 3 Childcare qualification or higher
* Highly organized self-starter with attention to detail
* Experience in wrap-around care provision
* Positive attitude towards team motivation and support
* Excellent communication skills
* Knowledge of Ofsted requirements and compliance
* Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
Desirable:
* 3+ years of childcare/wraparound care experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
