■Security coordinator
Translation of documents between English and Japanese.
Set up and maintain the helpdesk environment with LM and colleagues.
Support English only or Japanese only speaker to understand each others in meetings.
Communication to manage the security compliance activies (examples are below) with intrested parties.
Verify client requests conformity to their security standard.
Execution of planned security compliance activities such as:
• Regular inventory information asset - ID/Account, Device, Assigned Roles, Backup results
• Regular check of Device conformance to device security requirement
• Regular security awareness education through emails and Intranet
• Regular check of password change
• Registration and de-registration of ID/Account to systems and manament ledgers
• Regular check of unauthorised software installed
• Regular check of unauthorised system connected to the network
• Regular check of Corporate Asset Takeout/Return form to confirm prior approval
• Regular check of Incident Response Plan accuracy
• Documentation of incident response report
• Regular check of End of Support Life, vulnerabilities and patching
