What is the Job?
Reporting to the Associate Director – Culture & Talent, you will be a key member of a committed and passionate team, acting as a first point of contact for people queries and providing comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle.
You will work across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, absence management, employee engagement, communication and general HR administration duties. The role requires the ability to build strong relationships, influence managers and support a positive working environment across all sites.
In addition to core HR responsibilities, you will also support the delivery of learning and development initiatives across the group. This includes assisting with training coordination and supporting management development. As the organisation continues to grow, the role will play an important part in embedding a culture of continuous learning across all sites.
Teamwork is fundamental to how our department operates, and you will work closely with colleagues across the Culture & Talent team to ensure a consistent and high-quality service is delivered to managers and employees across the business.

About You
You will be a driven and confident HR professional with the ability to support a range of people-related activities in a busy, multi-site environment.
You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build positive working relationships with employees and managers at all levels. You will be organised, proactive and able to manage a varied workload, balancing both reactive HR queries and ongoing projects.
You will understand how your role contributes to the wider success of the organisation and will be committed to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
You will also have an interest in learning and development, with the ability to support training initiatives and contribute to the development of people across the organisation.

About The Role
Your day to day
HR Support & Employee Relations
· Provide guidance, advice and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures employment legislation, terms and conditions and best practice
· Support managers with employee relations matters including investigations, disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance management
· Assist in managing absence cases and long-term absence in line with policy
· Support the performance management and appraisal process including monitoring completion and quality of appraisals
Recruitment & Onboarding
· Support the full recruitment lifecycle including advertising, screening, interviews, offers and onboarding
· Be the company expert on SeeMeHired
· Attend recruitment events, networking events, visits to schools, colleges and universities and other external engagement initiative
· Ensure compliance with Right to Work legislation and visa requirements
Support onboarding processes and ensure a positive employee experience for new starters
Learning & Development Support
· Support the coordination and delivery of training initiatives across the group, including operational and management development training
· Assist in identifying training needs through engagement with managers and performance management processes
· Promote and support the use of the FLOW learning platform, monitoring completion and compliance
· Work with managers to support employee development plans
Support the rollout of training initiatives linked to new policies, procedures or business changes
· Maintain training records and support reporting on training activity across sites
Contribute to the ongoing development of the Andras Academy
Engagement & Communication
· Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
· Assist with onboarding, exit and employee surveys, analysing data, preparing reports and follow-up actions
· Contribute to internal communications including newsletters and updates
HR Systems & Compliance
· Maintain and update HR systems, records and documentation
· Keeping all fundamental departmental trackers and reports up to date
· Conduct audits to ensure compliance with legislation and internal standards
· Support data reporting including absence, turnover, accident recruitment, engagement and training metrics to proactively use people data to analyse trends
· Assist with equality monitoring and reporting requirements
General
· Build strong working relationships with managers, employees and stakeholders across all sites
· Support wider Culture & Talent initiatives and projects as required
· To assist all employees with administration related Human Resources requests, i.e. issuing reference and bank letters, complete official forms and documentation on request
· Carry out any other duties appropriate to the role

Desired Criteria
* •Experience supporting training and development initiatives
* •Experience working with HR or Learning Management Systems (e.g. FLOW)
* •CIPD qualification or working towards CIPD
* •Experience within the hospitality industry
* •Experience of completing Article 55 return
Required Criteria
* •2 years previous experience within a HR role in a busy HR Department, to include Recruitment and Employee Relations
* •Have an awareness of principles of HR processes and legislation
* •Have excellent organisational and time management skills to effectively manage the day-to-day duties of the role whilst managing any reactive queries that come in throughout the day
* •Have excellent computer skills and competent in using Microsoft Office
* •Have excellent oral and written communication skills
* •Have the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
