We are currently recruiting for a Band 5 Pharmacy Technician, Community, to work on an ongoing basis in London. Please see details of the role below;

Length: 4 months potential to extend
The post holder will provide a comprehensive Medicines Optimisation and Medicines Management service including technical advice and support on the safe & secure handling of medicines, supporting medicines optimisation & management in patient’s homes & working with community healthcare colleagues within the service and across the primary care interface to provide seamless patient care.
A key component of this role will be Education & Training. The post holder will be working alongside a multidisciplinary district nursing team, supported by the Lead Pharmacist and District Nursing Clinical Leads.
Requirements:
NHS experience (6 months minimum)
Right to Work in the UK
GPHC Registration (unless applying for Assistant roles)
