Our client is looking to a compassionate and motivated candidate within a Service Manager / Team Leader role providing exceptional support to those with learning disabilities including brain injuries and autism. You will be working with management to carrying out appraisals and supervisions, support and rota planning as well as coordinating your team to ensure they are maintaining the high standards the company operates to and pride themselves on Benefits Starting salary of approx. £25-£27k per annum based on FT hours, part time contracts available too Both part and full time contracts available Regular pay reviews Free enhanced DBS check and training provided.
