Key Responsibilities: Child-Centred Learning: Design and implement developmentally appropriate activities and experiences that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development in young children. Observation and Assessment: Regularly observe and assess children's progress, tracking milestones and individual learning journeys to tailor activities and support their unique needs. Partnership with Parents: Build strong partnerships with parents and caregivers, maintaining open communication and providing regular updates on children's development and achievements. Creating a Nurturing Environment: Foster a warm, welcoming, and inclusive atmosphere where children feel safe, supported, and valued, promoting positive relationships and a sense of belonging. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow educators and support staff, sharing ideas, resources, and best practices to create an enriching learning environment for all children. Qualifications: Minimum Level 2 recognised qualification in Early Years Education. Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting. Strong understanding of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
